ZP-35 Double Rotary Tablet Compression Machine

Introduction and Features

This machine is a double-press type. It can continually and automatically press granular raw materials into tablets

 

 1. ZP35B has pre-pressure device, the largest pre-pressure is 20 KN, which can press the film and all kinds of ordinary circular shaped piece.

2. The outside part of the machine is full-enclosed. The cover and the internal table are made of stainless steel. The surface of turntable is specially disposed to keep the surface luster and prevent it from being polluted.

 

3. It has transparent windows so that the press conditions can be observed clearly and windows can be opened for cleaning and maintenance. The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.

4. All the drive devices are located inside the machine in order to keep the machine clean.

5. A overload protection unit is included in the system to avid the damage of the punches and apparatus, When overload occurs, the machine will stop working automatically.

6. This machine also has electromagnetic brake motor and other safety protection device which can be adjusted and operated when running.

7. The punches and dies are also suitable for Model ZP19, ZP33, ZP33B and ZP35, ZP37
