Introduction and Features
This packing assembling line is electronic tablet and capsule counting and filling line which is mainly used for bottling packing of tablet, soft or hard capsule and also used for other similar solid grain (such as chewing gum). The line is wide in scope of application and easy to operate and maintain. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries
The packing assembling line can automatically unscramble bottle, count and fill medicine, insert paper (desiccant or cotton), screw cap, seal, label and print code. It also has advanced online testing function that can test fallen bottle, lack of paper (desiccant or cotton), cap screwing quality, non-aluminum foil, non labeling, non printing and it can give alarm automatically. The machines are made of stainless steel, reasonable in structure, easy to clean, and fully conform to GMP requirements.
The line has variable frequency control and the function of balance protection. It can automatically stop when lacking bottle or bottle jammed and renew running after clearing trouble. The electronic tablet and capsule counting machine counts tablets through some channels, medicament can lay off through passing three classes of vibrator automatically, medicine-falling is uniform and tablets counting is precise. There is no need to change mould if kind of tablet is changed. It has the device of getting rid of powder. The customers choose 12, 16, 24 or 32 channels according to actual demand. The separate machine of the line has its own performance and driven controlling system, and it can be used on the assembling line or used separately according to the customers’ actual requirements.
