A. Introduction and Features
Vacuum feeder is new product that developed on the basic of similar foreign products. Now, vacuum feeder is the currently the most advanced, the ideal, perfect vacuum conveyor that used for powder, granular, mixture materials.
It automatically transmit materials to packing machine, pulverizing machine and mixer machine (Such as the V type mixer, two dimension mixer, 3D motion mixer and so on.), it reduces labor intensity, resolve the dust spills problem. So the vacuum feeder is the ideal machine that used in pharmaceutical factory and foodstuff factory.
It consists of vacuum pump (no oil and no water), stainless steel suction nozzle, conveying hose, PE filter (or SS316 filter), air compressed back-blowing device, pneumatic discharging device, vacuum hopper and automatic control device. The whole system is reasonable.
There is intermittent discharge and continuous discharge two kinds of vacuum feeder; the intermittent discharge is good for reducing the cost and controlling the feeding. In most cases, we recommend customer use of intermittent discharge. The continuous discharge is general used in the long distance and large quantity conveying.
