Introduction and Features

None-hole coating machine is a new-style coating techniques, which is widely used in tablets,pills and granule coating.The machine adopts cylindrical pan and fish-shaped back in structure, and embedded forced-type switching in heat exchange

The features are able to adapt to a low hardness(3kg) core coating, and to several kinds of tablets(in round, triangular and oval shape) for on-time coating. With low thermal energy consumption, the coating effects of core, whose body temperature not exceeding 38 ° C, are essentially the same.

Thus machine is operational, as long as the total power supply, fans, mixing vacuum, pump,and pressure for power,heating temperature and transfer speed of the rotary pan are all ajusted to the requirements
